1.2 Data Collection. We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, including your name, email address, phone number, company information, and project specifications. This data is collected exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, preparing project proposals, and delivering contracted services.

1.3 Legal Basis. Processing of your personal data is conducted under Article 6(1)(b) of the EU GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

1.4 Data Retention. Personal data provided through contact forms is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last communication. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years in compliance with Swedish bookkeeping obligations.

We employ TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and maintain ISO/IEC 27001-aligned security controls. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 2026 | Entity: DigitalLogicWorks | Jurisdiction: Sweden

2.1 Scope. These Terms govern all digital services, software deliverables, and engineering advisory packages provided by DigitalLogicWorks, registered at 754 26 Bellmansgatan 76, Uppsala, Sweden. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Statements of Work. All engagements are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DigitalLogicWorks. Each SOW defines the scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and acceptance criteria specific to the project.

2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, DigitalLogicWorks assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client. No recurring license dependencies are imposed.

2.4 Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum under Swedish Riksbank reference rate. DigitalLogicWorks reserves the right to suspend work for invoices overdue by more than 21 days.

2.5 Project Timelines. Delivery timelines specified in SOWs are estimates in business days. Delays caused by Client-side dependencies (content provision, feedback loops, third-party integrations) will extend the delivery schedule proportionally.

2.6 Limitation of Liability. DigitalLogicWorks' total aggregate liability under any SOW shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

2.7 Termination. Either party may terminate an SOW with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables and IP are released to the Client upon payment.

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

Effective Date: September 2026 | Entity: DigitalLogicWorks | Jurisdiction: Sweden / EU

4.1 Pre-Commencement Cancellation. If you cancel an engagement before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4.2 Partial Work Cancellation. If an engagement is cancelled after work has commenced, DigitalLogicWorks will provide an itemized invoice for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any overpayment will be refunded within 14 business days. Work completed and delivered prior to cancellation remains the Client's property upon payment.

4.3 Post-Delivery Disputes. If delivered deliverables materially fail to meet the specifications defined in the SOW, the Client must notify DigitalLogicWorks in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the claim and, if valid, either remedy the deficiency or issue a proportional refund at our discretion.

4.4 SLA Service Credits. Clients on active 24/7 SLA maintenance retainers may claim service credits if uptime falls below the guaranteed 99.98% threshold. Credits are calculated as a pro-rata percentage of the monthly retainer fee for each hour of documented downtime beyond the SLA guarantee, up to a maximum of 30% of the monthly fee.

4.5 Refund Method. All refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of refund approval. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of the applicable SOW.

4.6 EU Consumer Rights. Where applicable under EU consumer protection directives, you may have additional rights to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of execution, provided no work has commenced.
